I love my new apartment! It is so quiet. My neighbors I have met are so nice and it has been a really great experience. The staff have been so helpful and welcoming! I love my apartment itself so much. It is perfect for me!

Since Thursday, I had been trying to resolve the situation but couldn’t come by earlier. Today, on the very last day, I spoke with Vivian, and she promptly helped me in a practical and quick way with the whole situation. She is amazing!!!

One of the best apartments I ever stayed at in my life , they are very very respectful & helpful. My move in process was a breeze and it’s in one of the most beautiful and well placed apartments in Orlando. Love it & will be renewing for years to come. The Millenia 700 new management ans new staff have been simply amazing. I came from a house not an apartment and the way the staff made me feel welcomed and treat me like family means everything to me with my new lifestyle. Thank you guys for everything you do for our community and my new home

I've been living here since April 2025 and that was under the previous owner's (M2 at Millenia) and I left a 1 star review at that time, mainly because of the lack of care the leasing office had towards tenants as soon as you moved in. The fire alarm would go off every week and the hallways/walkways/garage being disgusting and filled with trash, and the garbage trucks would come at 4:30am and wake everyone up. Fast forward a few months and IRT Living is the new property management company and it is now rebranded as Millenia 700. Vivian and all the staff at the leasing office have done so much in just the few months they've taken over and I'm grateful because I was at the point of almost moving out. Here's what they've accomplished so far. • Leasing office staff listen and show empathy now to tenants, the previous ones only pretended to care and were often narcissistic, when asked simple requests. (Christian the property manager was a nightmare to deal with and could care less about people. I once asked him to please not have the garbage trucks come at 4am because it would wake me up every night and he legit scoffed at me and said, "Well you guys give us so much trash to clean up, that we have to do that and you're the only one that complains about it." Meanwhile people have broken their leases over the noise complaints from that same issue.) • A majority of the time the garbage trucks now come at 10am consistently, I still recommend sleeping with comfortable ear plugs because some residents love revving up their fancy cars and speeding down the garage (most likely due to compensating for a lack of something. 😅) • They have repainted and cleaned up the place/garage, there is also signage for keeping the place clean and for people to not have their animals defecate or pee in the hallways (can't believe they actually had to do this but this is the world we live in lol) • People are no longer moving in at 1:30am and causing disruptions/noise (move in time is now

We had an amazing experience at Millenia 700, especially with Max A. Cortes! He was absolutely wonderful, super helpful, kind, and made our lease renewal process so easy and stress-free. On top of that, he even offered us one free month of rent, which was such a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend Max and the whole Millenia 700 team!

I’ve lived in Millenia 700 for six years and I have to say that finally over the past year things have gotten great now we finally have a great property manager Wesley that listens to his residence and takes action. Not only do I love the property and the management the entire staff is friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable from the office staff down to the maintenance team. The property is clean and well kept and a safe place to live with Orlando police officers that live on property that keep the complex safe. Whenever I have questions or concerns about my account Wesley is more helpful than the account specialist. Millenia 700 is a 10/10 a great place to live!

I’ve been living here for four years and I love my home. Since the merger between the two properties service has never been better. I want to give a special shout out to Max Cortes who has been so helpful and super friendly. I was nervous going down to talk to the office about updating an email address but Max broke the ice really quick and I was no longer nervous. I left feeling happy. Thank you Max for your help, and your beautiful personality 💚
